Our Volunteers

The God of Hope Ministries is operated almost entirely by volunteers. Since we operate faith-based dorm programs in both men’s and women’s prisons we need both male and female volunteers. There are volunteer opportunities both inside and outside of prison, so, whatever your gift or interest we can undoubtedly find a place for you!

Our volunteers carry out the mission of The God of Hope Ministries which is to teach and model the love of Christ to prison inmates through an intense and focused exposure to His truth. We believe that Christ’s love, combined with His truth produces hope. With that in mind, our volunteers must be regular church attenders.
